CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATES!
Milwaukee Achiever is proud to announce the graduation of our very first Bilingual Medical Interpreter class. Instructor Maria Gamez presented each graduate with a program certificate and medical dictionary. In her remarks to the graduates, Gamez said, “Be confident. You have the skills and training to be successful – if you didn’t, you wouldn’t be graduating!”
Many graduates had already created resumes listing their new credentials and were ready to take the next step toward working in the health care industry. Graduate Martha Simmons said, “I learned both medical and cultural information. The class made me realize how much futher I can go.”
